Worker's Compensation Audit

Many times the employee classification relative to workers compensation insurance is incomplete or simply wrong. Many employees, based on their various daily functions may or should carry different or multiple classifications, but don’t. These errors cost American employers millions of dollars annually. Through our study we evaluate issued workers compensation insurance policies and the work product of those involved in creating and issuing such policies. By comparing the policy content to the source documentation used to determine the policy premium, the premium audit review process determines the correct amount of premium that each policy holder is, or should have been, required to pay. Contingent upon our findings, the business owner may be entitled to refunds of over expenditures for up to the last 7 years of premiums. An additional realized benefit, will be annual savings going forward as a result of the corrections being made. In excess of 70% of all businesses are being over charged.
HR, Compliance and OSHA Training

As you may know, in recent years, workplace injuries, violations and fines under OSHA and the Department of Labor have increased. This has cost employers controllable dollars in addition to liability issues.
As a result of recent training regulatory changes for 2019, and also annual OSHA and HR courses that must be completed under the law, our agency has prioritized adding 200 training videos to our Learning Library. Our Learning Library features both HR and P&C courses for employers to meet their HR, compliance and OSHA training needs. It is a recordkeeping system and stores certifications.

Equipment Lease Audit

Targeted Industries
We have seen the highest success rate for merchants that process credit card transactions where the card is not physically present. This is referred to as a Card Not Present (CNP) environment and includes B2B and eCommerce companies. Companies processing card payments between $1M and $20M on an annual basis typically have the largest potential savings opportunity. For card present locations, where the credit card is physically swiped at a terminal device, there may still be significant savings. As such, those types of merchants shouldn’t be overlooked or immediately disqualified. Minimum Requirements
Potential clients must annually process in excess of $300,000 in card payment volume. Along with an executed Audit Services Agreement, Agent shall provide via the Client 1-2 recent monthly merchant processing statements in order to calculate the Baseline Processing Rate, used to measure future savings.
Protocol & Process
We need 1-2 recent merchant processing statements along with our Audit Services Agreement in order for us to perform an analysis. • Credit Card department will present findings to the Client upon completion of the initial analysis. • After receipt of all / any additional required documentation, we will begin securing lower fees directly with the merchant services provider. On average this process takes 30-60 days from receipt of all client documentation needed to process the lowering of fees.
